Refund policy

RETURNS

VHListings offers free returns within 15 days of delivery for a full store credit refund at no cost. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The remaining 50% may be issued as store credit.

Please ensure that the items are in the same condition they arrived in, with all of the original packaging contents included. To organize a return, email help@vhlistings.com or visit contact page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase for any reason, but a 4.5% processing fee may be charged. 

After 24 hours have passed, cancellation may not be available. In this case, please submit a return request after you receive the parcel.

WARRANTY

If your item arrives broken, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace it or exchange it at no cost to you.
